Product Description
These fine steel rulers measures to 6" on one side and 150mm on the reverse. It is useful for quick measurements or scribing lines and features a hole in one end for hanging. They come in a vinyl sleeve and will last years with proper care.

This is a photo engraved 6" ruler that is handy to keep in my pen cup for quick desk top measurements or straight edge use. I keep the 2nd ruler in the shop for quick measurements. It is small enough to tuck in a shirt pocket or tool apron and not notice it. I have electronic calipers but not every measure requires that level of accuracy. It is also very convenient and accurate for wood cutting tool set up and layout.
The ruler has a 1/4 hole for hanging on pegboard or for a fob. The corners are a bit sharp but if they were rounded, it would defeat the purpose of the ruler. The ruler will hold a bent shape if twisted. It is for flat work only.
The ruler is 1/32 thick.
Between 0-2 1/2 inches it is marked with 32nd of an inch reference increments
Between 2 1/2-3 inches it is marked with 64th of an inch reference increments
Between 3-6 inches it is marked with 1/16 of an inch reference increments
On the Metric side
Between 1-5 cm it is marked with .5mm reference increments
Between 5-15.5 cm it is marked in 1 mm reference increments

Not what I expected. This is a stamped steel ruler and not precision engraved hardened steel. Good only for rough shop general measurements....better to buy the electronic vernier calipers.

This set is an excellent set. I use these rullers in a harsh field mechanic environment, yet they still are in like new shape. The marks do not wear off or scratch up. Both rullers are exactly the same, which I dont understand. Standard on one side metric on the other.
